In early August, we went for a holiday to France and Belgium. Weather conditions were variable, but no complaints as Bangkok offers almost consistent warm weather year-round. We spent a week in the Champagne region, just like last year, and a week in Belgium. Wolfgang spent some time with the grand parents and had a great time. So did the parents, as there was opportunity to catch up with friends (especially our Swedish friends Mårten and Ulrika and their sons Simon and Adam, whom we had not seen in years), family and doing serial wine tasting and dining!
